Download the free software at www.boardcad.com. From there, open the template you want in Boardcad and go to File > Print > Print Outline. Most people won’t have access to a large format printer, so your best / only option may be to print this out on regular sized letter paper and tape it all together.
If you’re considering shaping a bunch of alaias, you may want to transfer that to a cardstock / cardboard cut out.
My only other thought for you is that a longer board won’t add that much buoyancy. Remember, you’re still on a thin, solid piece of wood. I prefer to keep them shorter. Since you have almost no rocker, shorter tends to make for an easier take-off.
